My beloved TJ became sick with cancer this year, and we decided we wouldn't put him through chemotherapy and surgery, since it had spread to multiple organs in his body.

He was relieved of his pain earlier this month. All I have left of him is a few hair clippings, baby teeth, and a fraction of the memories we should have made to carry me through the rest of this life.

Life comes in, and life goes out.

These pups are getting bigger every day! They definitely love food and being out of the whelping box.

Potty training is coming along! They are all stimulated by the pads, but still only hitting them about 50% of the time. For being 4 weeks old today, I'd call that a win!

They finally have a routine of sleep-eat-play that we can set a clock to, making feeding time easier to adhere to.

They still are nursing, but those baby teeth are cutting up mama already! We've been supplementing with formula, then cooked eggs and beef flavored rice!

We've also been experimenting with 'Puppy Porridge '- what a wonderful mess they make! đŸ˜‚

They have slowly been learning to entertain themselves with each other and a few toys. We are changing up the toys every few days so they aren't becoming bored or possessive.

Gonna be some GREAT dogs someday!!!

Haven't posted in a while, here's what's happened thus far-

My little dog TJ is now 8yrs old. His biggest hurdles are strangers at the door. He's now able to get over most of his stranger anxiety after the first 5 minutes.

My husband came back from his last deployment In 2020, and needed a dog of his own. The below photos are Amber, an full blood Australian Shepherd. Last year in December she came into heat when we had a friend's Belgian malinois over.

One thing led to another and now we have 7 puppies! Gonna be looking for local homes soon. These dogs will require a yard and regular exercise.

I'm expecting these dogs to be almost 3ft tall on all fours and close to 70 lbs. They are a mix of intermediate - advanced dog breeds and will require good consistent work! If you own a farm and are looking for a herding dog with speed, strength, intelligence and stamina, I'm looking for you!

10 days old today, and you can visibly see the difference between photos!
