The retirees made it to their summer fields. They will spent the next several months turned out on 50 acres, napping in the sun, and hanging out in the shade of the trees, until winter rolls around again and we will move them back to the main facility 🤍

Meet Kaitlynn, the owner of Ha’Penny Farms, located at Longhorn Arena! Kaitlynn is a CHA certified level 3 instructor on the flat or English Hunter/Jumpers with a BS in Equine Business Management & emphasis on training. She has been riding since she was 4, with a specialty in Hunter/Jumpers. Kaitlynn has many years of experience teaching, training, and showing, and has traveled the country doing just that. Kaitlynn’s current passion is taking recently retired Thoroughbreds to the annual Retired Racehorse Project, in Kentucky, and prepping them for their second careers. She has many references and recommendations available upon request. Message with any questions! 🩵

I am considering opening two training spots for the spring/summer for show prep. I haven’t had a training horse in since Oct, so I had time to focus on personal horses through the winter, so jump on the opportunity before I change my mind 😂
