2024 AQHA/Appendix Bay Gelding | Approximately 16H | Track Broke

Sired by Uncle D out of All About Gold (Gold Case)

Webby is an exceptional 2yo gelding with an exciting future ahead of him. Standing approximately 16 hands, he has a TON of body, bone, and substance. He is an eye-catching horse with the kind of presence that makes you stop and take a second look.

Webby is track broke and has not yet been restarted since coming off the track. He had just two outs and retired sound with no limitations.

I truly believe this gelding has the potential to excel in a variety of disciplines. He has the size, build, age, and athletic ability to make someone an exceptional performance horse.

His price will increase once he is restarted and begins showing his potential under saddle.

Special considerations may be available to the right home if he can remain in my barn. I would genuinely love the opportunity to continue being a part of his journey and watch him develop into the horse I believe he can be.

šŸ’° Price: High x,###
šŸ“ˆ Price will increase once restarted.

**A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT WORK, LIFE & MENTAL HEALTH**

For those of us who run businesses, work for ourselves, or spend our days taking care of others, it can be really hard to switch off.

There is always something that needs to be done, someone who needs a response, another task to check off the list, or something we could be doing to get ahead. Sometimes, we get so caught up in keeping everything running that we forget to take care of the person behind it all.

Thatā€™s why Iā€™m making a conscious effort to protect my Sundays. A day to slow down, spend time with family, enjoy the outdoors, watch a movie, clean the house, get organized for the week, eat an actual meal, or simply do absolutely nothing. I am beyond grateful and thankful for Eliana, my trusted chore help for picking up Sundays. Eliana, you allow me to have a day to myself!

**Rest is not laziness. Taking a day for yourself is not letting anyone down. And setting boundaries does not mean you care any less.**

Mental health matters. Family matters. And making time to enjoy the life we work so hard to build matters, too.

So, unless something is truly urgent, I kindly ask that non-emergency calls, texts, emails, and business matters wait until Monday. If you reach out on Sunday, I promise Iā€™ll get back to you as soon as Iā€™m back to work. I am not ignoring you!

And if you see me out and about, please still say hello! šŸ˜‚ Taking a day off doesn't mean I'm hiding from the world. It just means I'm giving myself permission to be present in it without constantly thinking about work.

We all deserve time to recharge, reconnect with the people we love, and remember that we are human beings, not just people responsible for getting things done.

Here's your reminder, too: **You cannot pour from an empty cup. Take the day off. Call your family. Sit outside a little longer. Watch the movie. Eat the meal. Put your phone down. Give yourself permission to rest without feeling guilty about it.**

The work will still be there tomorrow. ā¤ļø

3 yo. TB Gelding

Kind, personable and really aims to please. He would make someone a wonderful, affordable project. Track broke only. I do not have time to restart him. He sells as is and is priced accordingly for his next owner to retrain or send him off to someone else.

Questions I have received:
He is trail safe? A: This horse is TRACK BROKE only- Google it. He does have a good mind, however he is not a trail horse yet. In the future? Maybe.

Would he be okay for my kids first horse?
A: How much do you actually like your kid? Again, he is track broke, he is green and he needs a total restart to his next adventure. If your kid is handy and knows how to handle a TB race horse fresh off the track that is green & 3, sure.

Can my entire family test ride him before we purchase?
A: No. He is being sold as a horse that needs a restart.

Will you trade for tack?
A: No.

Is he barefoot or shoes?
A: Still in race plates in the front barefoot behind. Pull the shoes and see how he will go or reset him. Hes been in shoes since a long yearling. Most TBs ive been around do better in shoes.

Vetting:
Hes current on his coggins, had a state exam, teeth floated, dewormed, and flu/rhino.

Truthfully this is a super project horse for someone and if I didn't already own 5 I would just keep him.

Kind, personable and really aims to please. He would make someone a wonderful, affordable project. Track broke only.

Price will increase once I start to do groundwork, ride & restart.

As of now I have saddled him once and lunged a hand full of times. He is currently enjoying turnout.

Sunday is a good day to take a breath, look around, and remember just how much we have to be thankful for.

Thereā€™s something special about this place. The horses, the land, the facility, and all the little moments in between that make the early mornings, long days, and hard work worth it. Sometimes we get so focused on whatā€™s next that we forget to appreciate whatā€™s right in front of us.

I know I didnā€™t get here alone, and I never want to take that for granted. To everyone who has helped, supported, trusted us with their horses, or played even the smallest part in Vigue Equine LLC ā€” thank you. You are part of what makes this place special, and Iā€™m grateful for each of you.

ā€œGive thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.ā€ ā€” Psalm 107:1

Wishing everyone a peaceful Sunday. May we all take a little time today to appreciate where we are, how far weā€™ve come, and the people and blessings that helped us get here.
