Buck took another little trip off property today and was super! Hopped some baby xc jumps for the first time, and Missy Bartel got to take him for a spin. Thanks Missy, you did great with him!

So happy with Marty Foster Dennett ‘s Saint CC today! This was his third show. We improved our scores a ton from the last show, and received several 8s. Here is his second intro B test where he earned a 67.5. Thank you, Marty for trusting me with your special boy!

✨ 💸Quality horse for the dressage rider on a budget! ✨

Tornado King “TK” is an 11 yr old, 16.3 hh unraced thoroughbred gelding. Currently showing 2nd level and schooling 3rd. If you are willing to overlook imperfect x-rays and provide minor maintenance, TK has a lot to offer!

Originally brought along as a horse for eventing, TK has competed through novice level. After some trial and error and x-rays to confirm some mild kissing spine, we’ve decided that he’s no longer comfortable jumping consistently, but he’s still happy to hop around the occasional small (2’) course. He has many show miles at both schooling and recognized events, and dressage shows. He would be happy to keep playing at the lower levels of dressage, or continuing to work his way up the levels. Could also make a great western dressage mount!
We absolutely love this horse, but with a horse I already compete in dressage, and another coming along in eventing, it’s time for him to find his perfect dancing partner 💃
TK is not for a total beginner, but would be suitable for an intermediate rider working with a trainer.

TK has a sweet, goofball personality and gets along well with geldings and mares. He is playful but not mean, middle of the pecking order. Great for the vet and farrier, and trailering.

Currently stalled with a run 1/2 the day and turned out 1/2 the day and he likes this schedule. Up to date on shots/coggins/maintenance (yearly stifle injections, adequan). Wears front shoes, very mild cribber.

Competed recently in a recognized dressage show with a junior rider, who had only ridden him twice before the show! Links to video below.

Located in Augusta KS, and asking mid 🥕 ,🥕🥕🥕

After the much needed (but still annoying) rain it was great to get to haul the gelding gang to dry land today. Exy, TK, and Buck were all fantastic in their rides today. Thank you so much Missy Bartel for letting me take over your barn and arena!!

I’ve been having way too much fun with this pony! Buck is so stinkin’ cute and leaves me grinning from ear to ear every ride. For just one full week in dressage/jumping training, I’d say he’s understanding the assignment!

You know it’s going to be a good week when it starts with a cute face and a pretty sunrise. Happy Monday!!

So proud of Emerson for doing such an amazing job piloting TK through some 1st level tests yesterday! I’m so impressed- she had only ridden him 2 times prior to the show and got 64s on both her tests, earning the score she needed toward her bronze medal. (Not to mention getting qualifying scores at 2nd and 3rd on her other horse!) It made me so happy to get to play owner/groom for TK this weekend and watch him do so well with a junior rider. Thank you so much Marie Maloney and Kris Westhoff for making this partnership happen this weekend!
TK is available for sale and would absolutely love another junior rider to dance with in the dressage ring. PM or call/text 316-691-7711 for more info on this special guy!

Great ride this morning with Rashelle Eccles pony, Buck! This little cutie has been learning how to jump and seems to love it so far. He is for sale, and I can see him becoming a really fun eventer or jumper for someone!
