Apparently Nicole’s plan for world domination is working…and honestly, I’m here for it. ❤️

I’ve been lucky enough to sit down with Nicole from Uptown Pup two years in a row now, and watching this wonderful human grow her business has been SO rewarding. From the beginning, Nicole knew she wanted Uptown Pup to be different.

She didn’t want to simply send someone by to take your dog for a quick walk, fill a food bowl and head out the door. She wanted to raise the standard for professional pet care in our community. And y’all…she has done exactly that.

Nicole and her incredible Uptown Pup crew aren’t just people who love animals. They’re trained pet care professionals, and Uptown Pup is a member of Pet Sitters International, following established industry standards for professional pet care. Her team also receives continuing education—including training related to medical care, behavior, wellness and enrichment—because Nicole believes the people caring for your pets should never stop learning.

Wishing a very warm welcome to Christina! ❤️🐾There are some people who are simply good with animals- and then there are people who seem to have a little something extra. Christina is one of those people. From the very beginning, we noticed how naturally dogs seem to gravitate toward her. There’s a calmness about her that they pick up on almost immediately, & watching her connect with some of our more cautious Pups during her training has been pretty special.

She also brings five years of professional animal care experience, including veterinary and kennel settings, and a genuine passion for understanding the animals in her care- not just caring for them. We talk a lot about our commitment to raising the standard of the pet care industry, & that starts with the people we choose to bring onto our team. We’re not just looking for people who love animals. We’re looking for pet professionals who share our belief that pets deserve thoughtful, intentional, experienced care. Christina is exactly that.

We’re incredibly excited to have her on our team, and even more excited for our clients and their pets to experience the thoughtful, patient care she brings with her!
