Our humans have places to be. Their Pups have favorite spots on the couch, specific bedtime routines, and very strong opinions about where they nap. In-home care means they don't have to give any of that up just because you're heading out of town. The best place for your pet while you're away may just be the place they already know and love. 🖤🐾

There’s a difference between knowing dogs and knowing YOUR dog! That’s why our pet pro notes always go beyond the basics. We’re talking favorite nap spots, preferred routes, and all the little details that make each of our Pups who they are.

We don’t just learn your pet’s routine. We learn what makes them them! 🐕

A) Simply put, we work with dogs- and traffic. Our arrival windows also exist because not every visit looks the same. The schedule absolutely matters- the pets in our care matter more. One pet may need a quick potty break and some playtime. Another may have had an accident, need a little extra reassurance, or simply require more time and attention from their sitter. At the end of the day, we think you'd want that same grace extended to your pet. We know we'd want it for ours.

We also care for pets with complex medical needs and time-sensitive medications- for example, epileptic pets whose medication schedules are of utmost importance. Those visits are prioritized first and foremost, followed by the bladder needs of our puppies and seniors.

This business structure gives our team the flexibility to finish the visit in front of them before moving on to the next one. We're not watching the clock while a pet needs our attention, & we never want our sitters rushing through a visit simply because they're expected at the next house at approximately 7:30. At the end of the day, your pet is our priority- not an exact arrival time. 🐾

Wishing a very warm welcome to Miss Brianna! Brianna came to us with three years of professional animal care experience, a strong foundation in hands-on pet care, and a genuine desire to continue growing in this industry- something we always love to see in our pet care pros!

She’s currently working toward her Veterinary Assistant certification, and that growing knowledge has been especially meaningful in the area of pet care she loves most: special-needs pets. We’ve loved seeing how naturally she connects with the animals in her care and how genuinely invested she is in understanding what each pet needs to feel comfortable and cared for. There’s something really special about the relationships we build with pets who need a little extra understanding, and we know that part of Brianna’s heart for animals will shine through in the way she cares for yours.

We’re incredibly happy to have Brianna here, and even more excited for you and your pets to get to know her. We hope you’ll give her a big Uptown welcome when you see her pop up in your Pupdates or arrive at your door!

Welcome to Uptown, Brianna. We’re so happy you’re here. ❤️🐾

At Uptown, pet care is about so much more than putting food in a bowl. It’s the attention, affection, familiarity, and genuine care that makes your pet feel comfortable while you’re away.

In Bobo’s case, it also means making sure he knows exactly how perfect & adored he is. 🐈💕
