Gary has been working so hard getting everyone ready for Nationals that we’re starting to get a little concerned… 😂 Herbie said, “Dude, you better take a nap before Tulsa because I refuse to have my groom looking like a literal skeleton in the show ring.” 💀🐴

🏆 NATIONALS PREP IS MORE THAN JUST ARENA WORK! 🏆

At KMP, our Nationals prep is broken down into MANY categories—endurance, strength, balance, style, mental health, and more! Every training session has a purpose and is focused on one or more of these areas. 💪🐴

But sometimes the best training… is getting OUT of the arena! 🌲
Today, Herbie & Remi hit the trails for 4+ MILES of adventure! They got to explore, see new sights, work on their endurance, and most importantly… HAVE FUN! 🥰
Mental breaks are an important part of training.

Giving our horses a chance to step away from the “hardcore” work, experience something new, and simply enjoy being a horse helps create a more well-rounded, confident, happy, and mentally healthy athlete.

Because we don’t just want horses that are ready to show—we want horses who are strong, confident, happy, and enjoying the journey. ❤️

And judging by the looks on Herbie & Remi’s faces today… they definitely approved of trail day! 😂🌲🐴

Nationals Throwback 🏆🐴

As we prep for NATIONALS 2026, we’re taking a little trip down memory lane to recap some of our 2025 Nationals moments! 🇺🇸

This was Herbie’s 2nd trip to Oklahoma, and he wasted absolutely ZERO time making his mark. In the FIRST class of the week, Herbie and Kendall claimed RESERVE NATIONAL CHAMPION – Amateur Carriage Under! 🏆

And to make it even more special, it was Kendall’s LAST year as an amateur AND the first National title for both of them! Talk about ending the amateur era with a bang! 🎉
But if you’ve ever watched this duo, you know they’re way more than just show partners. These two are best friends, partners in crime, and apparently… competing for the title of Head Trainer at KMP. 😂

Kendall says she’s the trainer.
Herbie says, “Actually, I have some notes…” 👀

One thing is for sure—this team has come a LONG way, and we can’t wait to see what they bring to Tulsa 2026! 🤠🏆
