Hello guys it's becoming that time of year. Bugs will get a cold pack almost always. I also keep them refrigerated until shipped. Spiders will come with phase packs and I only ship Doodles to a local hub pickup. I absolutely will not ship to a home address, so when providing an address please look up a hub address as that is what I use. I do this any time of the year. Feeders I will ship directly to your house. I only guarantee live arrivals for the first 2 hours of arrival for full refunds, and Once picked up I only replace the doodle for 7 days, but I no longer will pay for shipping that will be 100% on you, and I only will do this 1 time as after that I have to ask what is causing this. I put a ton of time and work into each doodle to not protect them.
All packages come with
-happy pack is what I call it. It usually has a happy card, some business cards to give out, some stickers, and an item if you have a doodle you can use it in an enclosure, or not it will be 3D printed, or a bought trinket whichever you choose to do with it is up to you.

I only ship Tuesdays for Doodles. I ship throughout the week on feeders Monday - Thursday , because I can ship them USPS which is right down the street. I also have Expos, so if that week is an expo the following week will be when I ship as expo weeks are hectic.
