Meet Waddles! The name alone should have you interested.

First things first, I owe Waddles a correction. In her video, I said she was 4 years old. Apparently, I was trying to age this poor girl before her time. She’s actually 2 years old! My apologies, Waddles.

Waddles is 15 pounds of adorable, scruffy goodness who came to us through a breeder rescue. She’s discovering that life has a lot more to offer, and so far, she’s a big fan of squeaky toys and spending time outside!

We believe Waddles would do best in a home with another dog to help her build confidence. A fenced-in yard is strongly preferred because this little lady LOVES her outdoor time.

She’s spayed, ready for adoption, and looking for someone to give her the life she deserves.

Come on, people. Look at that face. How are we supposed to get any work done around here?

Today is Bella’s 1yr Adoptiversary ❤️🐾

“One year ago today I brought Bella home with me! She is living her best life. One amazing thing happened…her tail became so bushy…like a fox! No regrets…She is amazing!”

Bella came in with a litter of puppies after being found as a stray in Garrett and now she is living her best life. Thankyou so much to her amazing adopter!!

Meet Forty 🐾

This handsome 5–6-year-old Lab/Chow mix is a big, loyal guy with a lot of love to give. Forty is housetrained, knows his commands, gets along with other dogs, and loves being part of whatever you’re doing. When he wants attention, he may give you a gentle nudge or tuck himself under your arm.

Forty is looking for a home with someone who has time to spend with him and can help him feel safe. He has bitten or nipped when startled, so his new family will need to respect his space and avoid sneaking up on him. His previous bites did not require medical care. His comfort with cats is unknown.

Forty is neutered, but his vaccines are not current. His family is moving soon and hopes to find him a loving, understanding home.

Hank is looking for a home with room for his big heart and his big self.

Hank is a 3-year-old American Bully, turning 4 in March. He’s a brindle-and-white “tuxedo” boy who is neutered, current on vaccines, and described as a best-in-the-world cuddler. He loves being close to his person, keeps an eye on the door, and is happiest when he’s getting attention.

Hank’s owner loves him dearly, but working long hours and living in a one-bedroom apartment have made it hard to give Hank the time and space he needs. Lately, when left alone, Hank has been chewing doors and having accidents in the kitchen. He’ll need a patient home ready to help him settle in and work through those behaviors.

His owner reports that Hank does well with dogs and cats. His experience with children is unknown, and he has no reported bite history. He’s estimated to weigh about 180 pounds, so he’ll need a home prepared for a very large dog.

❤️‍🩹🐾 PEG HAS ALREADY LOST ENOUGH. LET’S HELP HER FIND SOMETHING WONDERFUL. 🐾❤️‍🩹

We’d like everyone to meet a very special little girl named Peg.

Peg recently underwent surgery to amputate the majority of the toes on one of her paws after suffering an injury.

And now, this sweet girl is learning how to navigate the world a little differently.

She’s figuring out her balance, adjusting to her new normal, and taking things one day at a time. 💕

Right now, Peg is staying in our intake room because she needs to use paper litter while she heals. That means she’s not out in our regular adoption areas where visitors can easily meet her.

But we don’t want that to mean she gets forgotten.

Peg deserves the same thing every other cat here deserves.

A soft place to land.

A family who will love her exactly as she is.

And a home where she can continue adjusting, healing, and living a wonderful life.

We’re hoping someone out there will give Peg that chance. ❤️

We’re also asking our community for a little help.

Surgeries like Peg’s are sometimes necessary to give animals the comfort and quality of life they deserve, but they come with significant veterinary expenses.

Every donation, big or small, helps us cover the cost of Peg’s surgery and other medical procedures like it, so we can continue providing the care these animals need.

Because when an animal comes through our doors hurting, we want to be able to say “We’ve got you.”

🪓🚨 WANTED: SEVEN-AXE ANNIE. 🚨🪓

CRIMES COMMITTED:

-Excessive cuteness.
-Unlicensed biscuit production.
-Stealing hearts.
-Being suspiciously adorable.

Despite what her name might suggest, Seven-Axe Annie is NOT a hardened criminal.

She’s actually just a tiny little sweetheart who would very much appreciate some pets, please. 😭💕

Annie is a young kitten with a whole lot of love to give. She LOVES attention, gets along with other cats, and has already perfected the fine art of making biscuits.

And the best part?

SHE DOESN’T EVEN NEED AN AUDIENCE.

This girl will be lying by herself, minding her own business, just kneading away like she’s got a bakery to run and orders to fill. 🥐

Unfortunately, Annie’s story didn’t start out quite as sweet as she is.

She came to us from a hoarding situation, and while we can’t change where she started, we CAN make sure the rest of her life looks a whole lot different.

She’s still so young. She deserves to grow up in a home full of love, comfort, toys, and people who think her little biscuit-making habit is the greatest thing they’ve ever witnessed.

And trust us, it might be.
