Spring is here! With warmer weather and sunny days, mosquitoes are back—which means an increased risk of heartworm disease for your pets.

Since April is Heartworm Awareness Month, we’re offering a heartworm prevention special through April 30th!

Stop by or give us a call to make sure your pets are protected as soon as possible. We’ve also included a helpful link with more information about how heartworms are contracted and what you need to know to keep your pets safe.

January 4th, 2026 marks Saugahatchee Animal Hospital’s TEN year anniversary! We would like to thank everyone who has supported us through the years. Without you this wouldn’t be possible. I’ve said it many times but the people of Loachapoka, Auburn, Notasulga and surrounding areas are the absolute best to serve and work for! Thank you all for your continued support! God bless!
