​Balancing a busy salon schedule and personal life is essential to providing high-quality care for your pets. Because our salon is home-based, establishing clear boundaries between business operating hours and personal time is especially crucial.🐕

​Going forward, please keep the following operational updates in mind:🐕‍🦺

🐾​Business Hours & Communication: Calls, messages, and emails received outside of regular business hours will be returned during the next business day.

🐾Walk-ins or unannounced visits to the property outside of scheduled appointments cannot be accommodated.

🐾​Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we always strive to accommodate your preferences, scheduling decisions remain at the salon’s discretion.

⚠️ ​24-Hour Cancellation Policy Strictly Enforced: Timely appointments ensure that every client receives quality service. Effective immediately, the standard cancellation fee will be strictly applied to all cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, regardless of the reason.

🐾​Mutual Respect: Maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for both pet owners and staff is our top priority. We reserve the right to decline service or discontinue relationships with clients who do not align with our salon policies.

Future groomer in the making? Maybe! 🐾

This summer, Randy will be spending some time in the salon learning the basics of professional pet grooming, starting with proper bathing techniques. Today he took on one of his biggest challenges yet, and I couldn't be more proud of how well he did!

A huge thank you to sweet Brody for being such a patient, cooperative superstar throughout the process. 🌟

I love seeing young people develop an interest in learning new skills, building confidence, and working with animals. Watching that enthusiasm grow is so rewarding—and it's a wonderful change from spending the day in front of a screen. ❤️🐕

Some clients leave a lasting mark on your heart, and Mia is definitely one of them. ❤️🐾

Mia and her brother, Sammy, have been coming to me since my days working in someone else's salon. When I opened my own home salon three years ago, their family continued to trust me with their care, and I'll always be grateful for that.

Watching Mia's journey has been incredibly rewarding. She once required heavy sedation for grooming, but through patience, trust, and taking things at her pace, she now comes to her appointments needing little to no sedation.

Moments like these are why I love what I do. The bond we've built over the years means the world to me, and my love for this sweet girl is truly endless. ♾️❤️🐕
