🐔🏡 BEFORE & AFTER – CUSTOM CHICKEN RUN EXPANSION! 🏡🐔 Baldwin, GA 📍

✨ Same Coop, More Space & Extra Predator Protection! ✨

Another custom project completed by Georgia Animal Custom Coops & Cages LLC! 🛠️🐓

Our customer already had a chicken coop with an existing 4’ x 4’ run but wanted to give their flock more room to roam while maintaining the original design.

We built and attached a brand-new 8’ x 4’ x 5’ pressure-treated run, carefully designed to match the coop's existing triangular roofline for a beautiful, seamless look! 🏠✨

🔨 CUSTOM UPGRADE DETAILS:

📏 New Run Addition: 8’ L x 4’ W x 5’ H

🏡 Original Run: 4’ x 4’

🪵 Pressure-Treated Lumber: Built with durable pressure-treated framing for long-lasting outdoor use.

🔺 Matching Triangular Roof: Custom-built to complement the original coop's roof design, creating a cohesive appearance.

🛡️ Hardware Cloth Roof: The entire new run's roof is enclosed with hardware cloth for additional protection against climbing predators and overhead threats.

🐾 Predator Apron: Hardware cloth installed around the enclosure's perimeter to help prevent digging predators from entering underneath.

🪵 Wooden Skirt: Added around the entire enclosure for a clean, finished appearance and additional protection along the bottom.

🔒 Secure Walk-In Door: Framed access door with sturdy hinges and a secure latch for convenient entry and maintenance.

💪 Reinforced Construction: Strong framing, support braces, and secure connections between the original structure and the new addition.

🌿 More Room for the Flock: Increased outdoor space for chickens to explore, scratch, and enjoy their enclosure!

❤️ OUR FAVORITE PART?

We didn't have to replace the customer's existing coop! Instead, we expanded what they already had, giving their chickens more space while keeping the original farmhouse-style design! 🐓🏡

🐐Another Custom Goat Pen Completed🐐

We just finished up this custom-built goat setup for a customer, designed to give their goats plenty of shelter, climbing space, airflow, and protection while still keeping everything easy to access and maintain.

🏠 Features on this build include:

✅ Built with pressure-treated lumber for durability and long-term outdoor use
✅ Raised wooden platform/flooring to help keep the structure off the ground and away from excess moisture
✅ Large covered metal roof with generous overhang for protection from rain and Georgia sun ☀️🌧️
✅ Enclosed lower shelter area for a comfortable place to rest, sleep, and get out of the weather
✅ Heavy-duty framed access door for easy cleaning and maintenance
✅ Elevated upper level giving the goats extra usable space and a fun place to climb 🐐
✅ Multiple wooden ramps/stairs for easy access between levels
✅ Open upper sections with livestock-style wire panels for excellent ventilation and visibility
✅ Reinforced framing and corner bracing throughout for additional strength
✅ Open covered section underneath the upper platform provides even more shaded space
✅ Custom-built on site to work with the customer's property and existing animal area

One of our favorite things about building goat structures is being able to combine shelter, enrichment, and climbing areas into one setup. Goats naturally love being up high, so the second level and ramps give them another area to explore while the enclosed portion gives them somewhere protected to relax.

📍 Completed in Dallas, GA

From goat shelters and pens to chicken coops, duck houses, kennels, fencing, and other custom animal structures—we build them to fit your setup. 🐐🐓🦆🐕🔨 Thank you Jim & family for trusting us with your goat’s new home! 🏠
