Congratulations are in order to Ernie and Betty Oare / EMO Stables LLC on the purchase of Canter On WH! (Cabalito x Belle Glos) “Cherry 🍒 “

This mare has a fun story! We got her mother from Betty when she retired her for a broodmare. I always shared pictures over the years with Betty of Franny’s babies and this one in particular I had sent her and I asked her if she wanted to give her a name and she picked out her name! Funny enough, four years later we connected in Kentucky and this week they come to Texas to visit and they ended up purchasing her to develop in their program! 😊

Cherry 🍒 will head tomorrow to Tommy Serio Tommy Serio in NC for him to continue to train her for the Oare’s 😊

Thank you to the Oares for their belief in our program and horses it really means the world to me and Macy White!

Best of luck Cherry 🍒 Pie!! We will miss you but can’t wait to see what your future brings !

Great results from today’s Oldenburger Pferdezuchtverband inspection at Whitehedge Farm, LLC—my 29th year breeding! 😊

Thank you to everyone who showed up and lent a hand! It takes a village to pull these things off. Our staff was incredible getting the horses and farm cleaned up this week—an extra-hard job when it’s 105° in September!

What a fun week in Kentucky! Whitehedge Farm, LLC’s Chancellor WH (Cabalito x Belle Glos) was *such* a good boy (at only his 5th show ever!) stepped up and jumped around United States Hunter Jumper Association - USHJA 3’ Green Incentive Finals with • Macy White • 💕
Out of 160 horses in the class he was one of only 6 - 5 year olds competing.

Chancellor WH also won the high score Sallie B. Wheeler / USEF / USHJA National Hunter Breeding Championships alumni award! This was an amazing unexpected surprise and a nice check! Thank you to the USHJA !!

This class offers such great exposure for both young horses and young professionals and we are so thankful for the opportunity to show in the amazing Rolex Stadium 🤩

💕 Love this !

The first time Taegan got no ribbons at a show this year, she cried.

The second time, she was visibly upset. For consolation, she got a snow cone.

By the third time, her expectations changed and she started focusing on her own personal goals. She learned how to show up for her pony and instead of chasing the ribbons, learned what it felt like to compete against herself. All season, she did not earn a single ribbon in class sizes of 35-40… but difference the rider she was in January vs April was already huge.

At 8 years old, she marched into the Rolex stadium against 116 other riders with a smile on her face, left with a bigger one, and hugged her pony like they just won it all.

Not for the ribbons, but for the love of her pony. That’s a win bigger than any ribbon 🤍
