Attleboro Dog Park

As a very very strict and firm reminder:

As the weather gets colder there will be absolutely no fires allowed at the park under any circumstances. Whether it be an enclosed flame or an open flame. This is highly dangerous and against all city ordinances. If you have a fire of any kind (including but not limited to: propane heaters, propane stoves, fire pits, enclosed wood burning stoves, etc…) you will be banned from the dog park immediately. This also includes any loop holes for any reason. It is not allowed. Thank you!!!! ATTLEBORO DOG PARK Attleboro Dog Park

Huge, giant, most thankful shoutout to Matt S. (Moose’s dad) for going above and beyond today!!!!! Thank you so much for clearing out all the toxic poke w**d from the park. For going into the poison ivy laden wood line and cutting all the hazardous stuff down and away from the fence. We appreciate it so much!!!! The dogs and the park are much safer now!!! PSA:
Good afternoon!!! I just wanted to remind everyone that the park is kept up by regulars who volunteer. It is not a junkyard. We have plastic chairs to help accommodate busier days. If you break a chair or see a broken chair please do not leave it in the park. Please place it in the dumpster in the parking lot. Things like the pictures below are dangerous to both humans and our dogs. Thank you for helping keep the park safe. ATTLEBORO DOG PARK Attleboro Dog Park

Hello Fellow Park Goers!

I feel like this shouldn’t have to be said but here it goes.

PSA:
There have been several attendees at the park (on both sides) that have not been picking up after their pups. I know no one looks forward to picking up their dog’s p**p but it is a responsibility that all dog owners have. On the large side alone there are approximately 12-14 p**p piles that people have just left there. Not only is that gross, it can be hazardous to the others dogs health. The snow IS NOT an excuse to not pick up after your dog. You should be dressed accordingly to trudge through the snow to get to your dog’s doo-doo. If not, do not come to the park. You cannot expect that the kind people who take it upon themselves to help and take out the p**p buckets and what not should pick up after you. The park is only cleaned up by regulars who go and want their dogs to be safe and happy.
If you are seen not picking up after your pup you may be asked to leave the park and possibly suspended for a period of time. Please help keep the humans and the dogs safe. Thank you! Attleboro Dog ParkATTLEBORO DOG PARK

Howdy! Just little ole me with a public service announcement. The large dog side is expecting a few deliveries of wood chips in the next couple of days and possibly even today. Along with a tractor to spread them. If you take any chairs out to sit on rather than the benches, please place your chair back up against the side of the fence. We are trying to make it easier for the volunteers. Thank you!!!!! And the pups thank you most!!!! Also a BIG shoutout to Tabitha and John for the donation of chips and the volunteering to spread them!!!!! ATTLEBORO DOG PARK Attleboro Dog Park
