Time is extremely precious to me, in order for me to remain as efficient as possible, I ask you the client, to respect my scheduled times.
🐾🐾🐾GROOMING POLICIES:🐾🐾🐾

ALL pets must be current on vaccines!

Last minute/NO SHOW policy: Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled start time WILL result in a $25 late cancellation/no show fee which must be paid to reschedule.

LATE policy: If you are late to your appointment a $10 fee will be added to the grooming fee *IF* the appointment is still able to be accommodated. If not you will need to reschedule and the $25 fee will apply.

LATE PICK UP FEE: This applies to any afternoon/evening/weekend appointments. You will be given 30 minutes from the time you are called to pick up your pet. After that a day care fee of $15 for ever 15 minutes will be added.

If any EXISTING clients need their pooches Holiday ready I would suggest getting those appointments booked now. I have very few left. I will be off 11/23-12/1 and then 12/17-1/3 to spend the holidays with family 🦃🦃🎄🎄

Drop off is 7:30-8:00 am. After these times a late fee may be charged or you will need to reschedule. Please be punctual. I require 24 hours notice cancellation (no later than 8 am day before your appt). Continual last minute cancellations and no show appts will require prepayment to reschedule. With the Holidays upon us get your appointments booked early. Have a few spots open for fall break next week (priority given to teachers). I will be closed Nov 20-27 and Dec 17-Jan 4.

Tipton County is going back to school 8/17! Kids won’t be able to share supplies! Some have been out of work and won’t be able to fill their child’s list this year. The teachers have enough to worry about and shouldn’t be burdened with having to worry about a supply shortage.

Until 8/17 if anyone wants to donate some supplies to Munford Elementary or another local school please bring them in. I will offer you a surprise in exchange for supplies! Best time to come in is 7:30-12 Mon-Thurs. I can also meet you to pick anything up!

Hurry and book those holiday appointments. I have very few appointments left. Don’t be left with dirty pets for Santa! I am now booked the week of Thanksgiving. I will be closed from 12/19-1/6 so keep that in mind if you need any Xmas grooming.
