Happy Birthday to the man behind Cope Performance Horses! 🤠🎉

The one who spends countless hours in the saddle, puts everything he has into every horse that comes through our program, and is always working to make both horses and people better.

We’re thankful for the hard work, patience, and dedication Tanner pours into Cope Performance Horses, but even more thankful for the husband, dad, and man he is outside of the arena.

Today we're roping the sled on Sweet Pea! 🐴🌺

This 3-year-old has already been started on cattle on the heel side, and today we're introducing her to the head side on the sled. Our focus is teaching her proper position as a head horse, following the dummy through the run, and then facing up just as she would on live cattle.

Working through each step in a controlled setting helps Sweet Pea better understand her job and build confidence along the way.
