Patchwork City Farms Local Farm Patchwork City Farms (PCF) is a family owned urban farm located in the South West of Atlanta in the Historic West End Neighborhood.

Patchwork City Farm's (PCF) mission is to work with local landholders, public and private, to create a sustainable, naturally grown local food system. Our farm plots are Certified Naturally Grown and we are committed to growing produce that is safe and nutritious. We do not use unsafe chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We love nature and enjoy growing fresh vegetables for our community. That is why we are dedicated to practicing sustainable agriculture. Currently, we grow vegetables, herbs and flowers. Our seasonal veggies are sold through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and local farmers markets. With your support, we can continue to grow. We welcome you to join our family

What an honor to be invited to participate in a tribute to Pat Mitchell at the Legends of Atlanta Gala!

Pat is a trailblazer in every sense: first woman president & CEO of PBS, first woman president & CEO of the Paley Center for Media, co-founder, host & curator of TEDWomen, Women's Media Center Lifetime Achievement recipient... just to name a few.

Fun fact: Project Dandelion, the woman-led campaign for climate justice through which me and Pat connected, is why we walked the yellow carpet. Standing on stage to honor her was a moment I won't soon forget.

Grateful for the invitation, for a beautiful evening at the Woodruff Arts Center, for the connection, and for the reminder that we rise by lifting each other. 💛

If you know the deep red, tart flower that is absolutely stunning in a cup, then you might also know that hibiscus is packed with antioxidants and is often used to support healthy blood pressure. I love it because it gives my Fall Equinox tea blend that gorgeous color and bright, tangy kick. Come taste it for yourself at the Fall Equinox event (head to our bio to grab tickets)! 🍂
