🐶Transformation Tuesdays 😍

Meet Titan!💙 He came to us in need of a full groom. A few days prior he ran off from his pawrents and was missing for hours. 😭When he finally returned he came home stinky and matted. That was okay with mom who was just thankful that he was safe and unharmed.🙏🏽

She reached out to us to get him bathed, trimmed,✂️ and pampered.💅🏽 We happily took on the challenge!

Meet Frisco 🌻
There is something about an orange tabby that just warms our hearts. 🧡

His pawrents are away for the weekend, but he is in the best of hands! 🤝🏽We are checking in on him offering him twice daily meals🍜, scooping litter🤭, doing a security check of his kingdom👮🏻‍♀️, and most importantly ensuring that he gets a sufficient amount of pounces, stalks, and sneak attacks👊🏽 with his kitty toys 🤪.

🐶Game 👏🏽Changer👏🏽!

Have you guys tried out the snuffle mat!?👀
It's an excellent solution to the fast eating pup that devours its food quicker than you can say snu...see🙄 We all have one of those dogs (I have 2 actually🙋🏽‍♀️).

Its a great enrichment tool that encourages our pups to problem solve. Working their mind is just as important as giving them physical activity (and it's way easier for us pawrents😜)!

Mischiefs face when I told her she didn't make the cut for . 😹😹🤪

Reason #10 that cats are freaking amazing (duh) is their whiskers that act as a sensory tool that helps them see in the dark and navigate away from predators! These highly sensitive vibrissae (if you're fancy) are located not only on the cheeks, but also in/on the ears and eyebrows and forelegs!

Gucci🐶 having a face off with his shed furr! 😂 And then trying to eat the evidence 🙄 Swipe right➡️ Found the issue! Skin infection.😩

Bulldogs are notorious for having skin issues! 😩 The most common reason is due to their genetic makeup. The skin folds, face rolls, and swirly tails are ideal environments to harbor yeast and bacteria.

Warning signs of possible skin infection:
- Itchy
- loosing fur, bald spots
- redness on the skin or bumps
- ye**ty smell

It's always a great idea to have anti-yeast wipes on hand. Use them to clean face folds, body rolls, and in between toes DAILY. This helps to restore the natural skin barrier and prevent skin infections which can become costly to treat.

Tidy Toes are more than just pretty, they are functional too! Keeping nails at an appropriate length and trimming foot hair is an important part of pet care! Trimming hobbit feet and dremeling nails:
*Ensures that your dog is walking and distributing weight appropriately on their paws.
*Increases traction so that they have better grip during exercise, which decreases the likelihood of injury.
*Increases tractions indoors on hardwood floors reducing the likelihood of slipping and injury.
*Helps with mobility in senior dogs.
*Decreases moisture retention in between pads reducing the likelihood of bacteria or yeast.

We said what we said...🙄

📣📣PAWRENTS! Its yet another holiday weekend. There will surely be grilling and bbqs and cookouts...with chicken legs, burgers, ribs 🤤 oh my! And if your pup is anything like mines he will be at your feet with those big ole puppy dog eyes, begging for a hamhock. BE STRONG 💪🏾 Dont give in to the cuteness! 😩 If you are weak it can cost you HUNDREDS of dollars and possibly your fur babies life!

Pancreatitis, hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, and foriegn body obstruction are all potential ailments caused by your dog eating certain people foods.

So, let's recap...What do dogs eat this weekend? Doooggg Fooooooood only. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
