More lies and relevance whipped up to boost about something she never did. Janice Williams never meet Kathy Decker and certainly never went to her home. Another instance of Janice pushing young vet techs around to extract information. Makes one wonder why she is not arrested for false statements to law enforcement !

One activity that is ruining the chances for dogs to get the care and adoptions that will lead to finding good homes is “dumping!” It’s what bad and irresponsible rescues or people do when they can’t deal with properly rescuing a dog. This rescue and the people listed have done just that dumped dogs on good people! Knowing who to help is vital and knowing who to avoid will save you immensely. The rescue listed was involved in three large “dumps!” They sent 30+ dogs to a rescue /trainer in Mississippi after freeing them from a shelter. Their second “dump” was on a private citizen around Nashville, 25+ dogs there. Then they “dumped” 14 dogs on a citizen in GA. This is not how rescue works! Checkout Operation Skin and Bones and ask For The Love of Woofers why!! The other people have dumped dogs on good people! One of the listed was dumping dogs that were not safe to be adopted and children got bitten! Call or write your state representative and ask for strict regulations for training and accountability for rescue groups!

Yet again Janice Williams has her own version of the truth! When will the lies stop. Bailey Clements and Jeff Mitchell went outside of the laws of GA and applied for a warrant she was not legally qualified to apply for. If you’re smart you will test Janice Williams theory’s and seek the truth. She has zero training in animal care, has never seen the animals she complains of, has no concept of what are the real laws of the State of GA. She is attention seeking and knows nothing of facts or laws. She does know how to complain constantly and that’s unfortunate for good people doing good acts for animals. Mrs Decker has paid out of her own pocket for several cat spay or neuter , blood transfusions and care. Shame on you Janice Williams!!

Janice Williams aka J.A.Nice has been a longtime trouble maker for good citizens in Walker Co GA. She makes contact with people under a disguise of offering help with their dogs. She then contacts the staff at veterinarian offices demanding personal information about the pet and its owner. It’s been reported she can get very demanding using intimidation. She has been threatened with police action if she doesn’t leave shelters after demanding information. She has made several abuse and cruelty reports about situations she either caused or knows very little about. She employs others to help her by telling lies about people and their dogs. She told one story on this author that we tied a dog to a tree and shot it, Not true!!! She has called the sheriff dept to report claims in 2021-2022 when she had not been in the dog owners home since 2018. She makes an abuse report through the nonprofit Perry’s Promise about dogs and their owners and when some of these that did get investigated it was found Ms. Williams caused the situation and/or didn’t bother to get the real story behind a rash before she called the authorities. Lawyers talk about her as if she is a crazy uneducated vindictive nut just trying to cause trouble and be seen as relavent! Why has she not been prosecuted for state laws protecting dog owners from her invasion of privacy, filing false police reports and slandering people? We don’t know but we will be investigating her actions with the appropriate state agencies and forwarding our proof of these statements.
