🐾 BIG NEWS FOR ONE PAW AT A TIME! 🐾

We are SO proud to announce that One Paw At A Time now has a new home for our cats and kittens! 🐱💕

We are officially partnering with PetSmart! 🎉

You can now visit our adoptable cats and kittens at:

How amazing is that?! 🤩

Once our cats are ready to leave foster care, they will now stay at PetSmart where you can stop by and see them anytime! We also have a special room where you can meet and play with them in person. 🐾

(You’ll still need to arrange meet-and-greet times with our rescue first.)

These babies are incredibly social and waiting patiently for their forever homes. 💕

These kittens are true survivors. 🥺

We rescued 12 kittens from multiple shelters and separate litters. They were sick, fragile, and facing euthanasia — but we couldn’t let that be the end of their story.

Not all of them made it, but we fought hard for every survivor and gave them every chance possible.

✨ Now at 10 months old, they are:
• Healthy
• Spayed/neutered
• Vaccinated
• Ready for forever homes 🏡

These kittens have HUGE hearts and deserve families who will love them as much as they’ve already been loved. 💕

Lucky & Leo are also about 10 months old. We brought them into foster care after they were found living in a parking lot. Now they are safe, loved, and ready for forever families. 🏡

They are incredibly affectionate, playful, and cuddly kittens with very similar personalities. They love sitting in sunny windows, playing together, getting brushed, and soaking up all the love they can get. ☀️

🚨 QUARTZ — DONATIONS NEEDED 🚨

⚠️ Minor Trigger Warning: blood/wounds on dog ⚠️

Quartz — the beautiful blue-eyed merle girl adopted from Gwinnett in July 2025 — needs help. 🩵🐾

Recently, her adopter reached out because Quartz had been scratching herself so badly while home alone that she created raw, bloody wounds all over her body, even between her toes. 💔 Despite veterinary care, the scratching continued.

Wanting what was best for her, the adopter made the difficult decision to surrender Quartz to our rescue so she can get the care and time she desperately needs. ❤️‍🩹

Quartz is also severely overweight, which is likely contributing to her discomfort and skin issues. We’re determined to help her get healthy and comfortable again. 🐶✨

She was picked up today and rushed to Paw Project of Georgia (huge thank you to them for fitting her in so quickly 🙏). Thankfully, someone who already knows and loves Quartz stepped up to foster her while she begins treatment. 🫶

But this is only the beginning. Quartz will need continued medical care, medications like Apoquel, and eventually a forever home once she’s stable. 🏡

💸 Her vet bill today alone was $474.50 — not including ongoing medication costs.

🐾‼️ BANDIT AKA Toby‼️🐾
🚨 DESPERATELY NEEDS A new FOSTER or forever home🚨
Good with 🐈, dogs & older kids!
Sparky (aka Bandit aka Toby) was pulled just in time from euthanasia — and now he’s fighting hard for his second chance at life 💙
Bandit already had his leg surgery, and amazingly… they were able to SAVE his leg! 🙌 He’s recovering well and ready to start the next chapter of his journey — finding his forever family.
Bandit is currently in an amazing foster home in Knoxville, Tennessee. His foster family has two resident dogs, young children, and a large fenced backyard where he can run and burn off his energy.
We also sent off a DNA test and can’t wait for the results! We’re guessing he may have some type of herding breed in him because he does nip at legs while playing. Because of this, we think he would do best in a home with older children.
Bandit is FULL of energy and absolutely LOVES fetch — it’s his favorite thing in the world 🎾 He also enjoys tug-of-war and playing with his giant rope toy… although he can’t be left alone with it because he’ll shred it and try to eat it 😆
This sweet boy has been through so much and deserves the happiest ending.
He desperately needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home so he can continue healing in a stable environment while waiting for his forever family.
