So many PYRS end up being shaved down, most of the time this could be avoided.Its not good for their double coats!

Big summer blow out!!😂
He was in very desperate need of this!! All his old old undercoat was stuck in there.
This can be prevented with regular brushing or regular grooming. Makes if so much easier on the dog!!

A pro bono groom for Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta.
Graham tail was a matted mess but I was able to safe most of it and he can still proudly wag it!! He did great through bushing, bathing and blowing out his loose undercoat. He will meet his future family today and hopefully get adopted. His family will drive up here from Florida to meet him. Happy Trails Graham!! He is a wonderful gentle Giant!!

Today was a busy volunteer grooming day for Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta .
Getting Eve&Goliath, a bonded pair; and sweet Aspen, 8 months pup, ready for Saturdays adoption day.
Fingers crossed they will find their furever homes!!🤞🤞🤞

Some dogs need extra secure restraining on the table, others need none.
Lucy needs none. She hops up on the table, for a pre brush, then in the tub and then on the table again, she knows whats coming. Once one side is dried, she turns around and let's me do the other side.
She is such a sweet and gorgeous girl and she is used to being groomed❤️
