This thrush was persistent! But almost cleared up with the help of artimud&hoof stuff by redhorse. Dont forget his dedicated owner. My personal opinion is i think this horse has cushings. He has many other symptoms that correlate with the disease.

If your horse has a severe case of thrush that takes years to clear up you may want to look into metabolic testing.

Wow what an improvement this was!

This gal was just shod a week ago but her owner knew something was off and the horse was lame even with pain meds.

I spoke with her old barefoot trimmer before she moved down to Ga and we came up with a game plan to get her sound again. 🥰

Laminitis is something I take very seriously this is from a mini that had winter laminitis. this was from the rare below freezing temps and snow we had back in January in georgia. It took him this long to be completely sound again and pain free along with his cushings diagnosis. His hoof clippings show the catastrophic hemraging of the lamina that is growing out. And this is the growth from one foot!
