🏆Laila and Stella won their divisions
🏆Laila and Belle won equitation awards
🏆Danica, Belle and Stella had clear rounds for the day

📣Laila and Scarlett had qualifying scores for Pony Club Championships this summer in Lexington, KY!!!

Congratulations to ALL our Piedmont competitors! Everyone worked VERY hard and had a TON OF FUN!!

In Honor of Brenda Yike, HM extraordinaire, South Region Eventing Rally Officials recognized our own Sierra Shurtz with the T.A.B. Award!!🏆
Brenda was an integral part of Horse Management and the South Region, AND she loved TAB (the soft drink).

T- Teamwork: Sierra shows up to serve- she supports South Region, whether at rallies in HM or Stable Manager, when called upon she is there. During this rally- she was SM for a scramble team of 3 riders and was often seen helping other teams in the barn and during vet box.

A- Attitude: Sierra is positive, supportive, and a great leader. She shows up with a smile and encourages those around her to have FUN even when it gets hard.

B- Brenda’s Way: Sierra’s Team received Second in Horse Management at this rally- she is teaching what she learned under Brenda to the current generation of Pony Clubbers.

Piedmont Pony Club is lucky to have you Sierra!! Congratulations and Thank you for all you do!!

More exciting news from Eventing Rally…

Miss Nina won the Sportsmanship Award!!🏆
She lead a team of young members, while competing in 3 phases herself. Nina prioritizes the welfare of ponies, is respectful of her team and other competitors, and is gracious in competition. Awesome Job Nina!!

Nina and Samoa placed Third in their division- SUPER job for their first rally!!

Mamie and Sunny came away with First Place in division at Eventing Rally- Way to go Champ!! 🏅

Mamie also received the Vet’s Award for her knowledge and teamwork in the vet box following her cross country ride.

Piedmont/APC Team brought home 5th overall and a 2nd place in Horse Management.
