We are excited to share that we are currently transitioning to a new client communication platform through Covetrus GreatPetCare! This new system will provide a convenient way to stay connected with our hospital and manage your pet's healthcare needs.

Features include:
Text messaging with our team
Secure chat and communication
Appointment and health reminders
Access to your pet's records through an online pet portal
Easy management of multiple pets and appointments

Over the coming days, you should receive an email invitation with instructions for creating your account. You can register directly through the email invitation or download the GreatPetCare app on your mobile device.

You may also join by texting JOIN to 36218 and following the prompts.

Starting July 1st, our current app will no longer be utilized; therefore, we will no longer receive messages or requests on it. Please be sure to download the new app to stay up to date on your pets health!

We are excited about this upgrade and believe it will make communication and access to your pet's information easier than ever. If you have any questions or need assistance setting up your account, please don't hesitate to contact our team.

Our clinic will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

If your pet experiences an emergency while we are closed, please contact the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital at (706) 542-3221.
