Vet day for Walter!
He got all of his vaccines updated so that he’s ready to move - he’s moving into an apartment with Jasper! He’s always liked Jasper (what cat doesn’t) but over the last 6 months they have become even closer. I’m so excited for the both of them to start this new chapter. 💕

Nurse Walter 💕
Mike had a major spinal surgery last week. He’s home and doing well, and the cats are all taking turns looking after him.

Walter continues to surprise me. After we lost Mr. Smith, he decided that he’s the new “dog”. Sleeping on Mr. Smith’s spot on the couch, running to the front door to greet us when we come home, begging at the dinner table. 😂 We’re just loving having him in the house.

Another one of Walter’s favorite napping spots. I built a ramp from the stairs to the top of our antique store inventory storage hutch. Walter loves that he can see the whole living room and front door from up there.

This week we said goodbye to our senior dog Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith was my constant shadow for the last 15 years. Every cat toy I’ve made up to now, every order I shipped, he was right there next to me. I’m not quite sure how to function without him. 💔
I love you Mr. Smith. You were such a good boy 💕

We put a catio kit together over the weekend for our house cats. Walter, former feral, senior cat that lived outside for his entire life, says he’ll just watch from here, thank you very much…
