Wanda did well down in Orlando. It was quite a week…BOS, several Selects… She ended 2023 stats as #1 Labrador Retriever and won the Owner Handler Invitational for Labradors. She qualified for Bred-By Championship Finals by winning for our breed under judge Lisa Weiss and went on to receive a Group Four Bred-By from judge Dana Cline. What an honor! Wanda finished 2023 ranked in the Top Ten. What a year —and what a way to wind it up at Royal Canin.

Wanda had another good day at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds…. Then came home to play by herself on her zip line. Crazy Aunt Willa Deane apparently acts in some sort of officiate capacity. Umpire? Line judge? Unsure.

Judge Sharon Ann Redmer gave awarded Wanda Best of Breed and Best of Breed Owner-Handled. In Sporting Group she took 2nd place.

Wanda wins Best of Breed and Best of Breed Owner Handled today, Day 1 of the Sawnee Mtn/Gwinnett KC shows. She went on to show well in Group competition, taking 1st in Sporting Group Owner Handled and Best in Show Reserve Winner OH.
