I feel like most people know me for dogs… but my love for animals has always gone way beyond that. 🤍

Some of the most meaningful moments in my life have come from connecting with animals of all kinds. Working at Lots of Love Rescue Farm was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had because I got to bond closely with so many different animals and really learn from each of them. Horses especially have always had a huge piece of my heart.

Animals have helped me through some really difficult times in life. They’ve taught me so much about energy, patience, trust, and respect. They taught me that trust is earned and that animals don’t owe us anything. When an animal feels safe enough to trust you, it means something.

I feel the most peaceful and grounded around animals. I honestly think they understand more than we give them credit for.

And even after connecting with so many different kinds of animals throughout my life, dogs still somehow stand out the most to me. There’s just something so special about the relationship between dogs and humans. Their loyalty, emotion, intelligence, sensitivity, and ability to connect with us so deeply is something I’ll never stop loving or being fascinated by. They’ll probably always be my favorite part of this world. 🐾

DEXTER 🖤 | 5mo old Golden Retriever X Lab

• Bred from two sporting breeds known for intelligence, loyalty, and heart, Golden/ Lab mixes often carry the Labrador’s food drive and playful energy mixed with the Golden’s affectionate, gentle nature.

• Dexter was a rescue and took a little time to trust, but once he lets you in, he loves deeply. He is incredibly food motivated, loves to play, and is just as content curled up next to me ( or right on my lap) for cuddles. Sweet, sensitive, and full of personality.

• Rescue dogs have a way of making you earn their trust and then giving you all of themselves. I’m looking forward to watching this sweet boy grow up.

• Originally bred in the mountains of North Carolina to hunt big game like boar and bear, Plott Hounds are known for their grit, intelligence, and incredible endurance.

• Boone lives up to the breed—high energy, sharp minded, food motivated, and can run around and play outside forever.

•He is very smart and absolutely loves food and treats which makes him extra fun to work with.

• Came from Puerto Rico to a rescue when he was just a young pup 🇵🇷

• So excited to meet people & settled in immediately—he is sweet, social, and confident 🥹
