Progress isn't always linear. Sometimes the wins are in achieving the objective. Sometimes the lessons come through adversity. This weekend brought both, and we continue pushing forward.
Special thank you to Mike Wilk and Sarah VHWR Mama Wilkerson for their continued work, commitment, and belief in Prime. The connection they have with Prime is something you can't buy. It has to come with trust from the Dog, experience from the handlers and understanding of the breed. With this type of connection I'm 100% certain everything we set out to do with Prime and the next ones up will come to fruition.
To the entire VUR team, thank you for the love, support, and investment in this journey. It does not go unnoticed.
This one was really special because my day one Emmy Conway-Seals my amazing mother was able to make the road trip with me and see why I love doing what I do and meet the people I do it with.
The work continues as we shift and focus on Prime and the upcoming pups. As we broaden our reach and impact the breed by showing exactly how versatile this amazing breed is.
Thank you to Roz Peters and Hannah Batcha for holding things down back at home! Couldn't do it without you two. Wouldn't want to either.
