Your pet's health is always our #1 priority.

With that in mind, we have created our Pet Health Guarantee program for clients that choose to participate.

The program covers the cost of unexpected illness or injury while your pet is staying with us up to $400 per stay/Day Camp package.

For our lodging guests, the Pet Health Guarantee is valid for one stay of 14 days of lodging or less. If you'd like to have your pet covered for longer than 14 days due to your reservation being longer, you may renew the program by the 14th day of your reservation.

The PHG is included in our Gold Package but can be added to any stay or attached to any Day Camp Packages.
(Program excludes pre-existing conditions, breed specific conditions, illness due to expired vaccinations, and bloat. Claims must be reported to TWI Pet Retreat management within 48 hours of check out, and pet must be seen by our designated facility veterinarian — Bluegrass Animal Clinic.)

Our Training Spotlight for June is our Private Basic Manners

We offer this for dogs over 6 mos of age and cover our basic commands and tasks that fulfill AKC Canine Good Citizen requirements, as well as a focus on clear communication, impulse control, empowerment of choice, confidence building, and the ability to settle and relax, both on their own and as directed.

Our goal is to strengthen the bond between you and your dog, help him/her be the very best version of themselves, and work to accomplish the goals you've set forth to have a great life together.
