🐾 Meet Archer! 🐾

This adorable 4-month-old Mini Schnauzer is proof that good things come in tiny, scruffy packages! 🤍

Archer is doing great in his temporary foster home and is busy learning all the important puppy skills. He's currently working on conquering the stairs with those tiny legs. Going up? Nailed it. Going down? Well… he's still working on that part. 😂

He’s gotten along well with the other dogs he’s met and thinks the cats in his foster home are pretty fun too—he keeps trying to convince them to play! 🐱🐶

Archer is doing wonderfully with his kennel training and is continuing to work hard on his potty training. Like any puppy, he's still learning, but he's off to a great start!

Archer is available for adoption, but since he's living in a temporary foster home, an appointment will need to be made to meet him. If you're looking for a sweet, playful little Schnauzer to add to your family, Archer would love to meet you! ❤️

📩 Contact CHA to schedule an appointment to meet this adorable little guy!

🐾 **Sometimes, saving a life means giving a family more precious time together.** ❤️

Sweet Tuukka's family reached out to Animals Staying Alive during a frightening and uncertain time. Tuukka was experiencing seizures and needed advanced diagnostics to determine what was happening.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, ASA was able to step in quickly and help her family get the answers they desperately needed.

Sadly, an MRI revealed that Tuukka has tumors in her brain. 💔

While this wasn't the news anyone had hoped for, Tuukka is now home, surrounded by the people who love her most. Her family is managing her seizures with medication and focusing on keeping her comfortable, safe, and loved.

Her family recently sent us this touching message:

*"During this stressful time, I greatly appreciate how quickly Animals Staying Alive was able to help."*

At ASA, we know that not every story ends with a cure. Sometimes, our mission is about providing answers, easing suffering, and giving families the opportunity to make the most of whatever time they have together.

**Because every moment matters. Every cuddle matters. Every extra day filled with love matters.** ❤️

To Tuukka and her family, we're holding you close in our hearts.

And to our incredible donors, thank you for making moments like these possible. Your kindness makes a difference, even when the outcome isn't the one we prayed for.

🐾 **Animals Staying Alive. Helping pets and the people who love them, when they need it most.**

We adopted Fritz and Cha Cha at different times the past 3 months and wanted to share a little life update with everyone! Fritz and Cha Cha have truly been such a blessing to our family. ❤️ Bringing them home has brought so much happiness, love, and joy into our lives. They have both settled in so well, and it makes us so happy to see how comfortable, playful, and loved they are. Fritz and Cha Cha are more than just our dogs, they are family, and we are so grateful that we were given the opportunity to give them a loving home. We want everyone to know just how happy they are and how much they mean to us. They are two beautiful blessings, and we couldn’t imagine our lives without them. 🐾❤️

Just wanted to update y'all on Oliver Popcorn (now known as Bruce Oliver), whom my wife and I adopted last year from y'all. He's doing great and loving life; we're so thankful we got him around this time last year.

It’s hard to believe Murphy has only been with me for four months. He has made so much progress since coming home.

He is now potty trained and has been accident-free in the house for more than two months. He has also learned to walk on a leash, which has made going for walks and exploring new places much easier. He quickly learned that new people have treats, so now he wants to meet everyone when we go on walks, even without treats.

Murphy has also made friends at the dog park and loves running around and having his “Zoomie time”. We also have a fenced-in yard, and I babysit other dogs a lot, so he gets plenty of social time and convinces most of them to play chase.

He enjoys hiking and exploring, too. The car is still a work in progress, but he is no longer getting carsick and recently climbed in on his own while I was getting Things situated.

Our first road trip to Oshkosh is next weekend, so we will see how he does on a longer adventure. It will be another big step for him, and I am excited to watch him experience something new.

He has come a long way from the nervous little dog who first came home. He is more confident, curious, and comfortable every day, and it's been wonderful watching his personality shine. ❤️🐾
