Day 5 of National Veterinary Technician Week is Resort Happy Hour!
Things got a little wild at the Chenault retreat today! Between the mocktails, float fights, and beach ball battles, our team proved that even veterinary professionals know how to let loose and have some fun!

But behind all the fun is a team that knows a thing or two about handling pressure. Veterinary medicine is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be incredibly stressful. From emergency appointments and surgeries to packed schedules, unexpected complications, financial constraints, and the emotional weight of caring for animals who can’t tell us what’s wrong, our technicians face challenging situations every single day.
Through it all, our technicians have to think quickly, adapt on the fly, support one another, and remain compassionate even when situations are overwhelming.
That’s why taking time to laugh, let loose, and enjoy each other’s company matters SO much. The same team that comes together during the hardest moments deserves time to celebrate the good ones, too! 🌺
Here’s to our amazing techs, their resilience, their compassion, and a little well-deserved chaos outside the treatment room this week! Happy Vet Tech Week ladies, I hope you know how much we love you.
