🌟 Employee Spotlight: Celebrating Arianna’s 3‑Year Workaversary! 🌟
Today we’re celebrating three amazing years with Arianna, one of our compassionate and dedicated Veterinary Assistants here at Spring Meadow. Her journey, her heart, and her passion for animals shine through in everything she does.
Arianna’s favorite part of her job is being able to advocate for animals who have no voice and help nurse them back to health. She loves that every day brings something new to learn — a perfect match for her curiosity and drive to grow in veterinary medicine.
🐾 A fun fact about Arianna: She grew up surrounded by rabbits and even rescued and raised three orphaned baby raccoons, caring for them until they were strong enough to return to the wild. Her passion for animals started early — when she was just four, her childhood kitty had its tail amputated after an injury, saving its life. From that moment on, she dreamed of working in vet med.
☕ Go‑to snacks & fuels: Iced coffee, energy drinks, matcha tea, and Taco Bell — the essentials for a busy day in clinic life.
🧠 If she had a superpower: Arianna would choose telepathy so she could read animals’ minds and understand exactly what each patient needs.
🐶 Favorite dog breed: Aussies! She loves their energetic, sassy personalities, their iconic butt wiggles, and the fact that they’re too smart for their own good.
💛 A heartwarming memory: When Arianna was new to the team, a kitten was brought in after being found frozen to the road. She worked alongside the medical team to warm the baby up, nourish it, and help it recover. The kitten survived — growing into a healthy, happy cat. It’s a memory she’ll never forget.
🌿 Outside the clinic: Arianna enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and pets. She loves thrifting, exploring new coffee shops, and doing a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, jet skiing and swimming.
🎶 Instant mood boosters: Being with her pets, listening to music like The Blessing by Elevation Worship, Something Simple by Ella Langley, anything country, or any by Noah Kahan.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Celebrating 20 Years of Dr. Marnie Lahmon! 🌟
Today we honor a truly extraordinary milestone — 20 years of dedication, compassion, and leadership from our owner and primary veterinarian, Dr. Marnie Lahmon.
Dr. Lahmon has been practicing veterinary medicine since her graduation from Ohio State University in 1994, and her devotion to this profession is something truly special — the kind of deep-rooted commitment that's becoming harder to find. Since purchasing Spring Meadow back in September 2006, Dr. Lahmon has poured her heart, soul, and every ounce of energy into caring for the animals and families who trust us with their pets.
🐐 Favorite Animal: Goats Why goats? She loves their quirky personalities and appreciates that they’re “less flighty than sheep.” And speaking of sheep… it may (or may not!) surprise you that she has owned two different three‑legged sheep, including one unforgettable character named Elvis.
🌱 When she does find a rare moment to unwind: You’ll find her gardening, cooking, reading, or fishing — simple, peaceful hobbies that help recharge her spirit.
💛 Her favorite part of working at Spring Meadow: Keeping her patients healthy and happy with the help of her dedicated team — a team she’s proud to call her friends.
🍪 Sweet Treats She Loves (on special occasions): Gingersnaps with milk or a slice of oatmeal cake from a local baker.
✨ If she could choose a superpower: She’d want the ability to hear animals talk so they could tell her what’s wrong — a perfect wish for someone who has devoted her life to their care.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Celebrating Alisha’s 20 Years at Spring Meadow! 🌟

We are thrilled to celebrate 20 wonderful years with our Practice Manager, Alisha!
Alisha joined Spring Meadow back in September 2006, coming alongside Dr. Lahmon when she purchased the clinic. From that very first day, she became an essential part of the Spring Meadow family — shaping our culture, supporting our team, and helping guide the clinic through two decades of growth, changes, challenges and countless heartwarming moments with unwavering loyalty and dedication!
💛 Her favorite part of her job? The close‑knit, family feel she shares with her coworkers, including her mother, the incredible Diana and her amazing boss and friend, Dr. Lahmon! That sense of connection is something she helps to create for the entire team every single day.
🧋 Busy‑day beverage: Iced tea — the official fuel of a Practice Manager who never stops moving!

She’d choose the ability to communicate with pets so she could help them even better. (Honestly… we’d vote for that one too.)

When asked about her most memorable moments over the years, Alisha said there have been too many to choose just one. For her, the most heartwarming part of the job is “anytime a pet comes in really sick and we can send them home feeling great again.” Those victories never get old.

Outside the clinic, Alisha enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, extended family, and friends — and caring for the animals at her beloved “zoo,” her small hobby farm that brings her so much joy.
Alisha, we can’t thank you enough for twenty years of dedication, compassion, leadership, and heart. Spring Meadow wouldn’t be the same without you, and we are endlessly grateful for the impact you’ve made on our team, our clients, and every animal who walks through our doors.

🌟 Celebrating Diana’s 20-Year Work Anniversary! 🌟
We are celebrating an incredible milestone for someone who has been a true heart of Spring Meadow for two full decades — Diana, our amazing CSR who has been welcoming clients, supporting our team, and loving on pets with unmatched warmth for 20 years.
From day one, Diana has brought kindness, steadiness, and genuine care to every corner of the clinic. Her favorite part of her work is being surrounded by our wonderful team — including her daughter, Alisha, who she’s endlessly proud of — connecting with our clients, and of course, giving all the pets the love they deserve.
It might surprise people to learn that Diana was once shy and introverted, because today she’s one of the most welcoming faces our clients know. Whether she’s greeting families, comforting nervous pets, or helping guide clients through tough moments, she radiates calm and compassion.

Today we’re celebrating one wonderful year with Rilee, our dedicated and compassionate Assistant who brings steady support, kindness, and heart to Spring Meadow Vet Clinic every single day.
From the moment she joined our team, Rilee has shown an incredible passion for animals — something she’s carried with her since childhood. She’s worked on horse ranches in both Wisconsin and Tennessee, and that experience shines through in the way she cares for every patient who comes through our doors.

Today we’re celebrating one wonderful year with Chely, our cheerful, bubbly and compassionate Customer Service Representative who brings so much warmth to Spring Meadow Vet Clinic.
From the moment she joined our team, Chely has been a bright spot at the front desk — greeting clients, answering calls, and loving on every dog that walks through our doors.
🐾 Favorite part of the job: Getting to love on all the dogs who visit. Nothing makes her day quite like a pup who’s excited to be here… especially when they recognize her!

Today we’re celebrating six wonderful years with Tiffany Young, our dedicated and detail‑driven administrative assistant who helps keep our clinic organized and running smooth.
Tiffany’s favorite part of her job? All the paperwork! While most people shy away from forms and files, she thrives in the organization and focus it brings. And when she’s not tackling documents, she’s sneaking in a little love for the kittens and puppies who visit us — because who can resist those tiny faces?
