Attention Parents: We are aware that situations arise sometimes and you can't make a scheduled reservation. We also understand that sometimes people get busy and forget to make a reservation. As we are coming into the nicer weather it is imperative that if you make a reservation and cannot come that you let us know as early as possible. Many days we have a wait list and we need to know as soon as possible if you will not be coming so that another camper can take your spot. While we do not want to have to charge anyone for not showing up when they have a reservation, when you do this it causes others to not be able to come and it create a loss of revenue for us. We are willing to be as flexible as possible, but repeated no call no shows on confirmed reservations will result in you either losing a package day or a charge. On the flip side, since we are getting extremely busy, we cannot have so many people not make reservations and just attempt to walk in. This has been an ongoing issue and many have already been addressed. Please make your reservations ahead of time, please show up for the reservations you made and understand that we love all our clients and dogs but we need to be able effectively staff and afford others the opportunity to attend camp if you can't.
