Conclusion of Staff Appreciation Week.....
A Letter to my Amazing Staff,
I want to take this time to express how truly grateful I am for each and every single one of you.
Running a very busy veterinary practice with very limited staff is quite challenging in and of itself, let alone all the aspects we as team members must juggle on a daily basis. We care for more than just pets. We show compassion for the client and sometimes an entire family. You all have Got What it Takes…..Patience, compassion, empathy, adaptability, integrity and most of all respect for those in your care as well as those you work so closely with day in and day out. I think that shows how much HEART you All possess! I witness this every single day!
Some days are hard, some are downright the most difficult, but you show up and you do the BEST You Possibly Can! Those long days/nights, the challenging personalities you handle with such care and compassion, the extra side duties (cleaning off the vomit or the a**l glanding from your uniform, picking up the p**p in the parking lot cuz the client didn’t see it (LOL it happens), and going the extra mile for those who need the support), Never go unnoticed. Every single thing matters, You All Matter. I could not be a prouder “Work Mom” than I am of each and every one of you! We may be small, but you shine Brighter than the Sun!
Thank you does not seem to resonate as loudly as I would like but let’s just say I am SCREAMING from the Mountain Tops of NH ….. Team NLVH ROCKS!
