Another big need we had was clearing out between the buildings and a new door in the quarantine room leading between them. This old door had a large gap around it, letting in air and critters! Two of the volunteers got it done last weekend. They also purchased a new back door for us. It’s more than we needed and so nice!!

Think future outdoor catio between the buildings. ❤️👏❤️👏❤️ Maybe! Long term goal.

Do you remember Rockette and Peanut?? They went to a home together and yesterday they came in to be fixed. Look how sweet and grown they are! They were both 5 week old kittens found and sickly. Strong and healthy now! 💪

Our sweet Leonardo is still available! He’s come a long way and has only known rescue life. He’s cat friendly and used to a home with small dogs (seeing them and hearing them through a gate, but hasn’t mingled yet.)

Let’s get him in a home of his own! 🏠 💙

His $90 adoption fee will cover his neuter, vaccines, and microchip. He’ll be all set for a year!

Here’s an application, if interested in Leonardo.

Yesterday we welcomed a baby GIRL to the Godspeed family!! Congrats to Hannah Knowles for guessing the date and AM as the time! She wins our 50/50 raffle for the date/time!

Once we are home and settled I will draw a winner from the people who picked a girl. 💕

Thanks for playing!! If I’m not responding to messages, it’s because I’ve been a tad busy. We will be in touch shortly. Please have patience through this time of adjustment for us and the rescue.

We’re rocking a kitty outfit today, ofcourse. 😻

Unfortunately Nugget is being returned to the rescue for the second time. Neither are his fault. A couple split and he was returned and then financial reasons. He was last adopted in Dec of 25. He was born in Jan of 25. That’s a lot of change in his short life.

I was told he isn’t great with young children. But I trust he’d be fine with older kids.

He’ll go into foster home soon. Reach out if you’d like to meet Nugget.

His adoption fee is $90, this picture is about a year old.

And, PSA- cats are a commitment!! Be ready for life changes with pets. 💔

You guys!! We have a roof!! Many many men and companies told us no when called about our roof. For many different reasons, the nightmare it was.. well Kevin, with Custom Structures, one of our building sponsors, took it on and we couldn’t be more pleased! Custom Structures was also able to get help from supply companies for materials and keep everything as low as possible. We’ve got some cat lovers out there. 😻

The roof has been leaking in multiple places since we bought it. A big headache. Well guess what, rain is coming and it will no longer leak!! This is a huge blessing for us to have taken care of.

Thank you guys for getting it done. It’s gorgeous. ❤️ Custom Structures, Inc.
