What an INCREDIBLE week hosting Mary Wanless at our farm. Not only did we have the perfect weather, but we also had an amazing group of riders, horses, and auditors. I want to thank everyone for coming and making this clinic a success.

I also want to express my gratitude to The Dressage Foundation. Without their grant, this clinic wouldn’t have been possible. If you are not familiar with TDF, I’d highly recommend checking them out!

Compass Equestrian will be hosting our first dressage clinic of 2024 with Jennifer Marchand in Ashland city.

Dates: Saturday February 24th and Sunday February 25th.

Jennifer Marchand is a 43 year old dressage trainer who operates in Florida from November to April and New York from May to October. She is a bronze, silver, and gold medalist with USDF. She has trained with Lendon Gray, Courtney King, Stephan Peters, Claes Bierenbroodspot, Alfredo Hernandez and numerous other top trainers. She has trained numerous horses to Grand Prix. She works with riders and horses of all levels and multiple disciplines.

The clinic will be $150 per ride. Riders are welcome to ride both days. To hold a riders spot a $75 deposit will be required. This deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 1 week in advance AND I can fill your spot.

The clinic will be rain or shine. We have an indoor with premium footing and a viewing area. Spectators are welcome for a $10 auditing fee.

Compass Equestrian ran its first ever clinic with Jennifer Marchand. From first time dressage riders to horses preparing for second level, we have all learned so much.

To top off a great weekend and make it even better, my best friend Kim came up from Texas. She saw that I was hosting a clinic and without thinking twice she booked a flight and came up just to help me. I honestly couldn't have done it without her. ❤️❤️

Thank you to all of the participants, boarders, and Jennifer for making this weekend one for the books.

Special shout out to my amazing husband for every thing he does. Without him none of this would be possible.

Lastly, thank you to our chef, Adam, who kept everyone fat and sassy with his amazing cooking skills.

It truly takes a village!!! So thankful to our boarders and friends who helped up put down our new trutex footing. The arena looks like a dream! Can't wait to ride on it 😍😍😍

Happy horses and bon fires!

Max and I had an amazing time hosting our first ever barn fire. It was a success to say the least. We are beyond blessed with the group of boarders we have that have become not just boarders, but barn family ♥️.

Tennessee sure looks good on these gals. ✨✨✨

The fences are coming along!! Over 200 new post placed, no climb horse fencing, and hot wire on top. It's been a lot of work, but happy it's coming along. Also, peep one of the pretty ponies in the background 😍
