Just a little note for anyone dropping off or picking up dogs 🐾

Our kennel is typically very quiet and relaxed throughout the day. The loudest moments usually happen when new guests arrive, during pickup times, or when dogs get excited seeing new friends.

Dogs bark — it’s simply how they communicate and express excitement in a boarding environment. While we do our best to maintain a calm atmosphere, some noise is completely normal anytime you have happy, active dogs together.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support while we care for your pups like our own ❤️

Friendly reminder for all boarding guests:

If you inquire about dates but do not confirm your booking, your dog has NOT been scheduled on our calendar. Due to limited availability, dates are only reserved once confirmation has been received.

Please also be sure to provide the correct drop-off and pick-up dates when booking so we can schedule accordingly and avoid any confusion.

We recommend confirming your stay as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your requested dates.

For the safety of myself, guests, and your pets, we want to share an important update regarding our boarding policy.

While we do our best to accommodate every dog, we are unable to accept dogs with extreme aggression issues.

Effective immediately, all medium and large breed dogs will be required to complete an evaluation prior to boarding with us.

This helps us ensure a safe, stress-free environment for everyone involved and allows us to provide the best care possible for each dog in our facility.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to make safety our top priority. 🐾
