It’s Veterinary Technician Week, and we want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible women who make the magic happen behind the scenes at Seagrove Animal Hospital! 💙✨

Our doctors may be the face you see, but it’s our dedicated, compassionate, and hardworking veterinary technicians who are the true heartbeat of our hospital. From comforting nervous pets to assisting in surgeries, running diagnostics, and making sure every patient gets the best care possible, our techs do it all with a smile (and often a wagging tail or a purr nearby).

We are so grateful for their expertise, kindness, and the way they go above and beyond for every animal and family that walks through our doors. Our doctors couldn’t do what they do without this amazing team by their side! Please join us in celebrating our veterinary technicians this week—drop a thank you or share your favorite tech story in the comments! 🐾

Meet Seven, our sweet 13-week-old black kitty, and her brand new little sister Pepper—the tiniest MinPin you’ve ever seen at just 11 weeks old! 🐾🖤 Both came in for their vaccine boosters: Seven was here for her booster, while Pepper had her very first exam and shots. These two were SO adorable together—pictures just can’t capture how tiny and precious they are! 📸✨ We can’t wait to see them again in 3 weeks and watch them grow up side by side.

(Sorry for the photo overload, but we couldn’t pick just one—posing them was a challenge, but the candids are just too cute! 😹🐶) Wishing everyone a safe and spooky Halloween season from all of us at Seagrove Animal Hospital! 🎃👻

Meet Roscoe Ritter! 🐾 This adorable 18-week-old Bloodhound came in for his first vaccines with his forever owner. We took time to educate them on starting Lepto and why it’s so important for all dogs.

Roscoe is full of energy, sweet as can be, and has so many rolls to grow into! It was a challenge to get a stable picture because he was so excited for treats, but we managed to snap a few. We can’t wait to see him back in 3 weeks for his vaccine booster! 💉🐶

Meet Gypsy! This adorable 10-week-old chihuahua came in for her first round of puppy vaccines and her Credelio Quattro. At just 2 lbs, she’s pure pocket-sized cuteness! She was love at first sight for all of us and brought smiles to our day.

Gypsy absolutely adored Dr. Wagner, and we can’t wait to see her grow—just as small as she can!

Rufus Garner, our 6-month-old Rottweiler, came in for his neuter and was the first to try out our new surgery suit to keep his incision safe. He was so cooperative during his suit fitting and is now ready to rest, heal, and recover quickly. Such a sweet Big Boy! 🐾💙

We may be a little late, but we couldn’t let Dr. Jordan’s birthday go by without a celebration! 🎉 At Seagrove Animal Hospital, we love to make birthdays extra special—and Dr. Jordan deserves it all.

Thank you, Dr. Jordan, for being an incredible doctor, mentor, and employer. We appreciate your dedication to our team and the pets we serve! Of course, we had to bring out a fun mix of balloons to mark the occasion. Please join us in wishing Dr. Jordan a very happy (belated) birthday! 🥳🎈
