Earlier, we shared an important update regarding potential equine herpesvirus Type 1 (EHV-1) exposure at the 2025 AQHA World Championship Show with all exhibitors in attendance. We learned about the positive cases last night and have been working with state veterinarians in Oklahoma and Texas regarding the safety and well-being of your horses.

Eight horses that competed at the event had previously traveled from the WPRA Finals in Waco,, where an EHV case was identified.
