Good afternoon fur parents. We would like to announce that there are some new features that will be coming to the client portal. We encourage anyone who has not registered for a client portal to please do so. We can assist and sign you up if you are having trouble doing so.
Invoices have been sent through an sms service and now we will be trying our new feature of sending them to your client portal. You will be able to see current and past invoices along with paying for all invoices through your portal. If you still choose to pay through PayPal or Venmo, you can view the invoice and still pay that way. We will be able to cash it out on our end and then you will be able see it paid and have a receipt. We will be trying this new feature starting today and would appreciate any feedback to pass on to our software company. Thank you!
