It's been a quiet year so not many pictures. Happy to post Tucker, a huge, happy boy! Eyes of liquid gold, personality of sweet mischief and the strength of a baby elephant.

Eager to learn though!! I really enjoyed working with him and his owner!

These two pups completed their training today! Fergie, & Sherlock are siblings and are Scottie/Westie mix. Full of energy, a Diva female and "see how cute I am" male.😂.

Both did very well, they both showed they can learn and improvement was evident. Just a fun pair of pups!!

Zoro completed his training today. Such a fun, energetic, smart and sweet boy! His personality will make you smile, even with some quirks that still need work. Great job by his owners!

Picture has been edited to provide some modesty for Zoro.😊

Just a reminder ..
I see people walking their dogs in the heat, some dogs with tongues hanging out and no one is carrying water.

Please carry water for your dog, heat stroke can happen quickly. Know the signs of heat stroke, take shorter walks and provide mental stimulation for the rest of the time back home. It makes them tired to have to use their brain. Humidity and heat index can increase the danger.

Short nosed dogs can overheat faster, they are not able to cool themselves down as quickly if your dog has AFIB, heart conditions it should not be walked in the heat. Short sessios outside, their heart has to work harder as they get heated.

Remember the pavement is very hot also. I accidentally touched my car the other day and got slightly burned. Quick reflex.

Water.... and don't walk in the hottest part of the day! Know the signs!

Libby finished up this evening. Cutest Cocker Spaniel ever...lol. i love her freckles. She did a great job and her owners appreciated learning how to train her. Saying no all the time doesn't tell your dog what to do, you have to teach the behavior you want. Libby was learning that very well!

Things learned in dog training! The people i meet are just as wonderful as their dogs.
