Many people ask us what it means to become a Guardian Home.
Our Guardian Home Program allows a carefully selected family to welcome a well-bred, breeding-quality dog into their home at no initial cost. Most importantly, the dog becomes a cherished family member and receives the individual love, attention, and companionship every dog deserves.
Female dogs return to us during the breeding process and again for the birthing and nursing period. After completing the agreed-upon number of litters, they are spayed at our expense, and full ownership is transferred to their Guardian Family.
Male dogs remain with their Guardian Families but must be available when needed for our breeding program.
Because the health and well-being of our dogs are always our highest priorities, Guardian Families must meet certain requirements, including living within a reasonable distance from us. Every dog in our program is also closely monitored and cared for by our veterinarian.
