Very few of you that follow this page know of Mike Mike MushroomMan Hatfield. He's a mushroom farming veteran of about 15+ years on a small family farm in Illinois.

For those that do, you know how much he has contributed to the mushroom growing community.

When a fellow farmer is going through something terrible, its our duty to step up and step in any way that way we can.

For most of us, our wallets are thin these days but if you have an extra $10 or more to donate for Mike's recovery, every little bit helps.

We're very grateful and honored our mushrooms found their way to Chef Shirley's kitchen at Night Rooster. There's Texas ingredients all over the menu. .

A new Chinese fine dining restaurant from a celebrity chef will debut in Dallas’ Design District later this month: Called Night Rooster, it will open at 1000 N. Riverfront Blvd., taking over the first floor of the building that's home to Italian steakhouse The Saint.
