My name is Petra and I am Owner and Pet Stylist at Doggie in Style. I was born and raised in Germany. 15 years ago I moved to Texas and started my career as a dog groomer. I intuitively knew dog grooming to be my passion and calling when dogs that were labeled as "difficult" came to me, (even the most senior dogs that require lots of patience), came to me with trust, love and doggie kisses. I have

established long term and meaningful relationships with all of my clients and their parents over the years. I look forward to establishing the same kind of relationships with new clients and their families. I've been with Doggie in Style since June 2021 working alongside Petra & the rest of the wonderful staff. I'm originally from Houston, TX & moved to the DFW area a year ago. I've been grooming dogs for about 10 years. I've picked up many different techniques of grooming from many amazing groomers. I'm a strong believer in humanity over vanity, my hope is to help educate new pet owners in the importance of regular grooming visits. I hope to be able to build lasting relationships not only with our clients but also a long-lasting bond with your fur babies. I promise to treat them with love & patience as I would my own.
