Welcome to Duke!

"Stephen and his overnight staff, Sherri, went above and beyond in taking care of our two dogs, Ruby and Ellie, over a recent long weekend. Our larger dog Ruby, a major 'puller,' loves to jump at every squirrel and/or rabbit she sees. Ellie, our smaller one, is also a very vocal handful. Both dogs are skeptical of strangers and are recently adjusting to living in a smaller Arlington apartment setting. Stephen arranged a pre-visit meet-up and saw their environment Stephen and Sherri provided 3 walks/day + overnight care with excellent customer service and communication. Over the entire weekend he sent detailed updates and pictures. Despite our dogs' initial apprehension and anxiety with new visitors to the door, Stephen took great care to ensure they were comfortable with him and adjusted to their needs/timing/energy. He also fed, watered, and cleaned up a few messes without complaint! By day two, they adjusted and settled into their routine and his regular communication made us feel at ease. We will use Stephen and his staff again in a heartbeat!"
