Hi everyone, this is a tough post for us to make-but one of our favorite client dogs, Gideon, needs to be re-homed. We love Giddy very much, and it’s important to us that he end up in good hands. You can read about Gideon below ❤️
Meet Gideon (aka Giddy)
Gideon—affectionately known as Giddy—is a purebred fox red Labrador Retriever born on September 24th, 2023. He is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations.
Giddy lives up to his nickname: he’s goofy, affectionate, and absolutely wants to be your best friend. He loves going on walks, chewing bones and sticks, and is very food motivated. He does not show resource guarding behaviors and is social with both people and other animals.
He is good with kids, but true to his playful lab nature, he loves to steal socks right off feet—so he may do best with older children or kids who already understand dogs and their antics. Giddy would make a wonderful companion for a couple or a family with dog-savvy or older children who can give him the time, structure, and affection he thrives on.
Why we are rehoming:
Our family’s schedule has become increasingly busy, and we’re no longer able to give Giddy the time, attention, and consistency he deserves. We want to find him a home where he can truly thrive and be someone’s daily companion.
Gideon is a loving, fun-hearted dog with a big personality and we are committed to finding him the right forever home.
