Hello to all of my amazing clients!!!!!
I cherish and appreciate all of the relationships I have built with all of you (furry and human), over the last 15 years grooming in Arlington Heights. I have worked extremely hard to achieve where Andrea's Pet Spaw is today! I owe that to all of my awesome clients and I would like to offer an appreciation month to all of you! FREE blueberry facial, FREE toothbrushing, FREE nail grinding and 5$ OFF any full service groom when you mention this post. Offer valid until May 15th.
I would also like to address a few things that have been brought to my attention from many of you.
I recently had a groomer working for me for 3 months. In early December I lost my father and I took a week off to grieve and be with my family. At this time I entrusted the groomer to help at Andrea's Pet Spaw. During this time she took my confidential client list. She has now opened her own salon in Mount Prospect and is texting/calling many if not all of my clients. Mentioning she was "YOUR GROOMER" at Andrea's. 90% of the clients she's is reaching out to saying this, she has never groomed or even touched. I wanted to apologize to all of you that she took confidential information from me. What she has done is deceitful and unethical. I feel all of you are owed an explanation and the truth. I realize these messages have caused some concerns and confusion. We are still located at 2318 east Rand Road in Arlington Heights. Still independently owned. We are NOT affiliated with "SALLY" at "YOUR GROOMER" IN MOUNT PROSPECT AT ALL!
We appreciate all of your continued support over the years! Without you my success wouldnt be possible!
Thank you,
~Andrea @ Andrea's Pet Spaw
