🐾 Important Policy Updates — Effective January 1st, 2026 🐾

✨ PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST✨

Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share a few important updates that will begin January 1st, 2026. These small changes will help everything at Shampooch Dog Spa run more smoothly and ensure I can continue providing the best care and service for your pups. 💕

✨ Price Adjustment
Due to the rising cost of products and supplies, all grooming services will increase by $5 starting in January. This allows me to continue using high-quality shampoos, conditioners, and tools that keep your dogs looking and feeling their best.

⏰ After-Hours Fee
Please note that there will be a $1 per minute late pickup fee after 5:00 PM, unless I’m running behind (which can happen occasionally with difficult dogs or late arrivals earlier in the day). This helps keep evenings manageable and ensures every pet gets the time they need without rushing.

🚫 No-Show Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand! However, missed appointments make it difficult to accommodate everyone who needs a spot. After two no-shows, any future appointment will require a 50% deposit to reserve your time slot. Please give me a 24 hour notice so i can fill your spot.

💧 Potty Break Reminder
Please make sure your pup has a chance to go potty before their appointment — it really helps me out and prevents the need for a second bath! 😅
