BEHAVIOR SUMMARY:
Upon approach, Pirate had just woken up and started to enjoy his wet food. As the kennel door was opened, he immediately looked at the assessor and nudge their hand for pets. His face and eyes were neutral, body was loose and tail was high. Pirate allowed for all petting head to tail as he leaned in and lifted his back end up. Pirate allowed for a quick pick up and place back down with no issues.
Pirate interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is suitable for any level of adopter experience.
