What I made today.
The carrot soup was for my own personal consumption and it is delicious. Carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and a splash of apple c***r vinegar. Had 3/4 of a bowl that way, then added chili sauce, yogurt and a sq**rt of honey. Sweet Thai chili carrot soup. I had another 1/2 serving of it that way. It was good! Not much to put away for later.

What I made yesterday. Plum hot jam has a wonderful balance of rich sweet plum and spicy heat. Absolutely scrumptous over cream cheese as an appetizer.
Elderberry had anti viral and anti bacterial properties but is also delicious!

'Fiesta' Hot Pepper looks like a party in a jar. Those peppers do look like confetti and its spicy sweetness is delicious!
