⚠️ Increased Traffic Expected Near 7 Brew Coffee June 19–July 5

Increased traffic is expected near the new 7 Brew Coffee location at 15440 English Avenue from June 19 through July 5 as the business celebrates its grand opening with promotional events.

A temporary traffic control plan will be in place throughout the event period to help manage traffic flow and maintain access to surrounding businesses. The plan includes traffic signage, lane closures, and off-duty officers directing traffic as needed.

All nearby businesses will remain accessible throughout the event period, including McDonald's, HealthPartners, and ChafinVet.

🎉 7 Brew Coffee event attendees should enter from southbound Pilot K**b Road via 152nd Street West and continue to English Avenue. If a line forms, vehicles should queue along the west side of English Avenue. To help keep traffic moving, left turns from Pilot K**b Road onto 152nd Street West and 155th Street West will not be allowed for event traffic.

🏦 Motorists visiting nearby businesses are encouraged to use 155th Street West to northbound English Avenue for the most reliable access. Left turns from Pilot K**b Road onto 155th Street West will remain available for general business access.

Please follow posted signage, obey traffic control personnel, and allow additional travel time when traveling in the area.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to maintain safe and efficient traffic flow during these events. Traffic conditions will be continuously monitored, and adjustments to the traffic control plan will be made as needed.

Hello all! We are currently working with the city of Apple Valley on a traffic flow solution due to the imminent opening of 7Brew coffee next to us. At the end of June we do expect an increase in traffic congestion by our clinic and could cause some access headaches for a bit. The city has developed a plan to limit any congestion into our clinic.
